Jira integration to show status and issue number in action item meeting list and "my action items" page

When an item is added to Jira you can see this in the meeting notes but not in the list of action items.
In the list of action items you should see the Jira issue number and the Status.
The same also applies to My Action items as this should also display the Jira issue number and the Status.
