With enhanced workspace settings, admins have more control over AI features in their workspace 🎉
Based on your organization's preferences, admins can choose whether or not to enable AI meeting transcription, recording, and summaries. They can also opt to only use AI-generated agendas and talking points or to disable AI features entirely.
For workspaces that have the AI Meeting Assistant enabled, admins have the option to auto-delete meeting recordings, transcriptions, and summaries after a defined period of time.

Improved Search
Find what you're looking for with better, faster search!
We've made some improvements to your search experience so you can quickly and easily access what you're looking for!
What’s new
:To try it out, select Search
at the top of the home panel. Or access Quick search by clicking on the search icon (🔎) at the bottom of the left hand nav bar. Now when you create an event from within Fellow you will see the option to select Zoom as the video conference provider for your meeting.
To use this new feature click the + button on the meetings panel to create a new event and in the video conference dropdown select Zoom where you will be prompted to set up the integration.
We've built a new exciting integration so that our Microsoft users can easily sync their action items to their Microsoft To Do account!
It is a bidirectional sync and can be set up to function in two ways:
Go to Settings > Apps & Integrations to get started, and for more information, visit our help center.
We're thrilled to announce the release of our most requested feature ever: multi-assignee action items!
With this new feature, you can choose between two different options:
Complete by all
is perfect for ensuring that everyone in your meeting completes the same action item, for example, requiring each participant to read through a report in advance of the meeting. Complete by any
allows for shared ownership, making it easier for team members to collaborate on tasks together, for example, two team members preparing a presentation together for an upcoming meeting. To get started, simply add an action item to an upcoming meeting note, select the assignee avatar, and toggle on
allow multiple assignees

Meeting Feedback Insights
We're giving you new insights from meeting participant feedback so you can fine-tune your meetings to make them even more effective.
From the feedback tab in a meeting stream, you will now see the overall participant satisfaction across all meetings in that stream and how it has changed over time. Dig deeper with insights about specific aspects of the meeting, and view all participant suggestions for improvement in one place.
Making headings collapsible has been on our radar for a while and it's been one of the most requested features ever. And we get it; it makes it easier to navigate the longer notes and focus on the right part of the agenda. So we built it.
We also show some information about the collapsed state so that you have some ideas about its contents.
This is one of the features that we've been wanting to build for a long time because of how seamless and easy it makes it to move talking points and action items around.
With nesting, we're introducing parent-child relationship to different note blocks (talking points, action items, bullet points, paragraphs, etc.) based on indentation, and wherever you take the parent, the children come with it.
So in this example:
When you drag, move with keyboard, "copy-to" or carry forward the talking point, those two bullet points under it will come with it, so that the context is not lost.
You can control how carry forward and copy-to behave regarding including the children, though the default is to bring them everywhere with the parent so as to make sure the context is never lost.
