We're thrilled to announce the release of our most requested feature ever: multi-assignee action items!
image
With this new feature, you can choose between two different options:
Complete by all
is perfect for ensuring that everyone in your meeting completes the same action item, for example, requiring each participant to read through a report in advance of the meeting.
Complete by any
allows for shared ownership, making it easier for team members to collaborate on tasks together, for example, two team members preparing a presentation together for an upcoming meeting.
To get started, simply add an action item to an upcoming meeting note, select the assignee avatar, and toggle on
allow multiple assignees
.

We're giving you new insights from meeting participant feedback so you can fine-tune your meetings to make them even more effective.
From the feedback tab in a meeting stream, you will now see the overall participant satisfaction across all meetings in that stream and how it has changed over time. Dig deeper with insights about specific aspects of the meeting, and view all participant suggestions for improvement in one place.

Making headings collapsible has been on our radar for a while and it's been one of the most requested features ever. And we get it; it makes it easier to navigate the longer notes and focus on the right part of the agenda. So we built it.

We also show some information about the collapsed state so that you have some ideas about its contents.

This is one of the features that we've been wanting to build for a long time because of how seamless and easy it makes it to move talking points and action items around.
With nesting, we're introducing parent-child relationship to different note blocks (talking points, action items, bullet points, paragraphs, etc.) based on indentation, and wherever you take the parent, the children come with it.
So in this example:

When you drag, move with keyboard, "copy-to" or carry forward the talking point, those two bullet points under it will come with it, so that the context is not lost.
You can control how carry forward and copy-to behave regarding including the children, though the default is to bring them everywhere with the parent so as to make sure the context is never lost.

If you have regular meetings with people outside of your workspace, we've got good news for you. It's now even easier to collaborate with external users on your meeting notes. You'll just simply have to share the whole stream with them and they'll get access to your version of the stream.

And the beautiful thing is if they are already Fellow users, they could just see and collaborate on your version of the notes from within their own workspace!

From now on if you record a Google Meet or Zoom call, the link to the recording will be attached to the note header for easy access. So there's no need to go back to your calendar trying to find and share it with the participants.

We're giving you more options to seamlessly connect your Fellow meeting notes to your Salesforce records.
Now, when sending your Fellow note to Salesforce you will have the choice to either create a Note or a Task (Call) in Salesforce, giving you more flexibility in how you organize your meeting notes in Salesforce.
If you have enhanced notes enabled in Salesforce, your note will maintain formatting from your Fellow note, making it easier for you to read your meeting notes directly from within Salesforce.

We've made it possible to have your Fellow meeting notes added to your Teams calls automatically, so that when you join the call, your Fellow notes are accessible from within the call!
This will be enabled for everybody in your workspace once a Microsoft admin authorizes Fellow to do so from Settings > Workspace > Integrations > Microsoft Teams.

Note that this will only be applied to the events that are created after this permission is granted.

We’ve made some improvements to Fellow's HubSpot integration to make it easier to set up and manage this integration.
image
Up until now setting up Fellow's HubSpot integration required users to have Super Admin permissions in HubSpot.
Now to set up the integration a Fellow Admin with HubSpot Super Admin to connect the integration in Fellow's workspace integration settings page. After that step, users that want to use the integration will simply be able to opt-in to the HubSpot integration from their apps & integrations page in Fellow.
Check out this step-by-step guide to set up the HubSpot integration for your workspace.
