We've updated My Action Items to include new functionality to help you manage and make progress on the action items that come out of your meetings in Fellow.
Organize into Groups
Keep your action items organized and prioritized by customizing your groups on My Action Items, whether that be by top priority, project name or customer name.

Organize by Due Date
Never miss an upcoming action item again by flipping to this view where you can see all your action items by due date.
Prefer to see all your action items in one list? Simply switch to group by none and sort by due date which will surface all your action items with a due date at the top.

Organize by Stream
Get a handle on which items you have outstanding prior to your next meetings by grouping your action items by stream.

Project Management Integrations
If from a note you sync an action item to your project management platform, whether that be Asana, Monday, Clickup or Trello, the indication that it has synced and its status will now show on My Action Items.
Tags, Links and @ Mention
When creating an action item from My Action Items you can now add a tag, use a link or @ mention a user from this modal.

Google Workspace User Sync Settings

To give you more control over which users sync from your Google Workspace to Fellow, you can now set whether you want all the users in your workspace to sync or only specific organizational units.
As an Admin in a workspace on the Enterprise plan or Enterprise Plus plan, you can do this by going to your workspace integration settings in Fellow.

Stream Bookmarks

Access all the web apps that you need to work on in your meeting, right from your streams!

With our new Bookmark feature, you can pin every other web app that you're working on and may want to refer to in your meetings to your streams as a Tab, and work on them without having to leave Fellow (for embeddable websites).

Another cool thing you can do with this feature is the ability to bookmark other Fellow streams as a tab in another stream so that things are better organized and accessed more easily. You could also create private streams and add them to a meeting stream and use it as your own little scratchpad.

And finally, we've added a new section to Stream Settings to manage and organize all the stream tabs (including Feedback and Objectives).

Notion Integration

You are now able to export an individual meeting note to Notion. All you have to do is click on the "Send Notes" button in the note's header and select "Notion".

From here, you can set the title and the parent for the Notion page we're creating for your Fellow note, and voilà!
Desktop tray app (now for Windows!)

OKR Enhancements

Mentions in Comments
In the comments of an objective you can now @ mention assignees and editors of that objective and its key results making following up on a quick status update or sharing progress a breeze.

Links in Comments
You can now include links in comments on an objective so you and other collaborators can quickly jump to related materials and documents.

Objective Cycle Multi-Select Filter
No longer will you need to manage default objective cycles. My Objectives will default to show your current objective cycles and you now have the option to select to view multiple objective cycles at once. Planning for the future, simply select an upcoming cycle. Referencing objectives you created in prior cycles, select a past cycle.

Defining Key Result Direction
To make it easier to create a key result where you’re looking to have a declining outcome (e.g. decrease customer churn from 10% to 3%) you can now set the direction of your key result.

Search & Select Parent Objective
When selecting a parent objective, you will now see that the objectives will be grouped by current, upcoming and past cycles so you can select the right objective amongst those with similar names.

Custom templates for Sections

If you are one of those avid Fellow users who've made great use of Sections, you're gonna love this! We've made it possible for you to create custom templates when configuring a Section.

You can also use a default template and customize it to better serve your use-case.

Another cool thing we added to the template editor, is the ability to have a text in your templates as a placeholder. This is not limited to only Section templates, by the way, and can be used when creating a new meeting template as well!

Numbered lists and bullet points

The wait is over: numbered lists and bullet points are here!

You can insert them using the / menu, or from the plus button in the bottom toolbar in the note. But you might find it easier to just use the hotkeys that you're already feel familiar with:

for bullet points and
1 [space]
for numbered lists.

Also, you can select some text and change it into a bulleted list or numbered list, from the formatting toolbar that shows up.

With this change, you will no longer get a bullet point when you hit Tab on a new line, and instead you'll get simple indentation.
