Enhanced integration with MS Teams

We've made it possible to have your Fellow meeting notes added to your Teams calls automatically, so that when you join the call, your Fellow notes are accessible from within the call!
This will be enabled for everybody in your workspace once a Microsoft admin authorizes Fellow to do so from Settings > Workspace > Integrations > Microsoft Teams.

Note that this will only be applied to the events that are created after this permission is granted.
HubSpot Integration Set Up Improvements

We’ve made some improvements to Fellow's HubSpot integration to make it easier to set up and manage this integration.

Up until now setting up Fellow's HubSpot integration required users to have Super Admin permissions in HubSpot.
Now to set up the integration a Fellow Admin with HubSpot Super Admin to connect the integration in Fellow's workspace integration settings page. After that step, users that want to use the integration will simply be able to opt-in to the HubSpot integration from their apps & integrations page in Fellow.

Microsoft 365 Sync Settings

To give you more control over which users sync from Microsoft 365 are synced to your workspace in Fellow, you can now set whether you want all the users in your workspace to sync or only users in specific groups (Microsoft 365 groups or security groups).
As an Admin in a workspace on the Enterprise plan or Enterprise Plus plan, you can do this by going to your workspace integration settings in Fellow.

Companion Mode

Confluence Integration

You are now able to export an individual meeting note to Confluence. All you have to do is click on the "Send Notes" button in the note's header and select "Confluence".

From this modal, you can set the title and the parent page for the new Confluence page, and there it goes!
Enhanced event creation

You can go ahead and unpin/close that calendar tab right now, because from now on, you get a nice calendar inside Fellow that makes planning meetings and creating events a breeze!

Action Items Quick View
new
We've updated our navigation to include Action Items and we've added a quick view so you can easily flit to see what you have outstanding in between your meetings.
You will able to continue to navigate to Action Items from your home panel.

View Action Items Assigned to Others
new
We know it can be hard after a week of meetings to find that action item you had assigned to your colleague earlier in the week that you now want to follow up on.
That's why we've added action items assigned to others. You will be able to see all of the action items assigned to your colleagues that you created or were created in a note that you have visibility into.
To follow up on that action item simply add a comment to that action item in the note or copy it to your next 1-on-1 meeting with the assignee.

Improvements to My Action Items

We've updated My Action Items to include new functionality to help you manage and make progress on the action items that come out of your meetings in Fellow.
Organize into Groups
Keep your action items organized and prioritized by customizing your groups on My Action Items, whether that be by top priority, project name or customer name.

Organize by Due Date
Never miss an upcoming action item again by flipping to this view where you can see all your action items by due date.
Prefer to see all your action items in one list? Simply switch to group by none and sort by due date which will surface all your action items with a due date at the top.

Organize by Stream
Get a handle on which items you have outstanding prior to your next meetings by grouping your action items by stream.

Project Management Integrations
If from a note you sync an action item to your project management platform, whether that be Asana, Monday, Clickup or Trello, the indication that it has synced and its status will now show on My Action Items.
Tags, Links and @ Mention
When creating an action item from My Action Items you can now add a tag, use a link or @ mention a user from this modal.

Google Workspace User Sync Settings
