Our current time period for auto-deletion for recordings is set for 365days/1 year. I will share the update to the new retention policy, which is 24 months for auto conversion to audio-only, to see if this would work for us. Are there any plans to have this be something we can update/set for ourselves?

Ability to turn off the download recap option for external users only.

Currently data is hosted in Canada. GDPR compliance is stated in privacy statements, however we have our customers and partners obligating us to host all data in the EER. I think more European companies will find this beneficial.

I accept to have some kind of a shared folder for the fellow admin users, where they can view all recording being done in a specific workspace, and potentially download, delete, share the videos / text content files that were generated. for example, could useful for team trainings and webinars and for the possibility of sharing with people that didn't attend the original sessions.

Would like option to set default workspace-wide user configurations for auto-publishing to a channel, to enforce Fellow usage and adoption. Would be useful for Sales teams in particular so leadership definitely always has visibility on calls users are having with customers.

It would be great to add organization (domain) members who can View the recap of meetings they attend View the contents of the organization library

We want all of our salespeople's external meeting recaps to automatically populate in a recording channel without having to ask them to all turn that setting on. It would be nice if we could use Google's Org structure to say "if someone belongs in the Sales org, their external recordings go to this channel" or allow some amount of admin-override on users' settings within Fellow to get this end result.

I would like it if email delivery issues could be surfaced to the admins. Maybe an "unable to send invitation" error on the manage users page or in a log can be helpful.

I created a new meeting notes template but I have to manually apply it to all meetings. I'd like to be able to set my meeting notes format as the default to all meetings

As an admin being able to lock down what a user can enable when it comes to the Salesforce integration would be beneficial. I'd like to be able to set what sends and when from the Workspace and when the user enables Salesforce it is already set for them.
