Suggested Improvements to Action Items

- Allow to attach file.
- Allow for status changes and color based on status.
Example: Hold - Waiting for Update - I can make that red. On Track is Green.
- Allow for private notes - for example, I want to leave a note to myself as far as where I am.
- Ability to view all action items under the 1-on-1 section for each individual. For example, can you have a toggle that says “view all” and then I could view all the action items rather ones created in the one-on-one section?
- Action Items: A search bar to search through items
