I strongly recommend you remove the free trial option from emails when we share meeting notes with clients.
EVERY single time we share, they create a trial for their own organization and can't see the notes we share.
I tell customers in advance not to create a free trial but instead accept access to our guest account. They still create a free trial.
Then I have to explain they are not idiots because it happens every time.
We have to support them in fixing it, and it's absurd.
This is anti-marketing. We are paying users and your marketing of your product to our customers is making the product frustrating for both me an my customers
