YES! We need the ability to "share with everyone" as a checkbox on a stream and/or note (stream most importantly), as well as to share all notes with everyone by default (to alleviate potentially forgetting to hit the checkbox on a meeting - that'd be tough to remember consistently 100% of the time. Otherwise, we'll have to retroactively go through every single stream every time a new team member is added to add them individually to each stream. That's not scalable. "Share with workspace by default" needs to be an option.

Not having access to client meeting notes is a huge issue for our agency. When we used Google Docs and Notion for meeting notes in the past, this was not an obstacle at all (all team members had access to all notes), so having meeting notes just... not exist... when we need to review them is a real problem. What would we do, for example, if a team member not in a meeting needed to review a note made by another team member who was out sick or had left the agency? Or a designer needed to see what a client said about a design? They need to be accessible to all of us or have the option to be, by default without manual workarounds.

Collaboration and information sharing across our agency is a core tenet of how we operate (and differentiate ourselves) as an agency team. It's absolutely vital that we don't lose that capability. Right now, even shared streams truly aren't adequate -- they silo information and make it very difficult to move notes across streams to share them (they can't be moved -- they have to be "merged" which is tricky and not intuitive).
