Just to clarify here - this used to work just fine, and worked as expected. When I traveled to a new time zone, the Fellow notification for the day would show up at 8am in the local time zone that I was in.

However, recently, I returned from China to the US (Pacific time), and the notification time was stuck at 8am China time (5pm Pacific time), even though the time zone was correctly automatically detected as Pacific time. In addition, the content of the notification was just flat out incorrect, which is definitely a bug. The notification on Tuesday would tell me about my "upcoming meetings" which were meetings that had already happened, and would tell me within the notification that those meetings were scheduled for Wednesday (at the Pacific time times), even though they were actually on Tuesday at those same times.
