Salesforce task related to multiple contacts

I'd like if I could log a Salesforce task and have it be related to multiple users, similar to how I can log a note in Salesforce and associate it to multiple contacts.

"Small correction to the request above. When I use "Send Note to Salesforce" and Create in Salesforce as a Note, I can relate the note to multiple objects in Salesforce, including relating the note to multiple contacts. When I choose Create in Salesforce as a Task, however, I'm only able to relate the task to one Contact or Lead. I would like to be able to relate the Task to multiple Contacts and Leads.
Our use case for this is we're using Fellow to create structured call notes and collaborate internally while on a call with multiple external contacts. After the call, we want to send the note to Salesforce and log that note against all the external contacts who were on the call.
Using the existing functionality, we'd either have to manually change the call in Salesforce after it's sync'd over to relate it to additional contacts, or repeat the process of sending the call to Salesforce for each contact who was on the call. The second option here won't work for us, as it would spam one of our internal alerts channels with call notes every time we sync the note over to another contact."
