Not showing the AI Meeting Copilot as an attendee in the meeting

I don't want the other participants to know that I am using the app, so I would like for the meeting copilot not show as an extra attendee.

I assumed this was a technical limitation of Zoom, but I agree - we need to get rid of that big pointless window I can't hide that is consuming space for the cameras of my participants.

Bluedot and many others have a Google Meet integration that eliminate the need for the separate user showing up in the call (they do put a note in chat that they are note-taking). This is a must-have for me. The separate Fellow user attracts a lot of questions and confusion.
Please add this and we can reconsider Fellow for our organization.

This is a big plus of Fireflies - being incognito without the Copilot bot visible. Upvoting this!!

For Google Meet, the Don't watch function changes the presentation (like a user turning off her camera), but does not minimize or remove the user from the grid on Google Meet.
Somehow Read.ai manages to merge itself with the user with which Read.ai is associated. That helps. But Copilot does not do that. This merging is called "Tile Pairing" in Google Meet. When one uses the Pairing request function with Copilot, one gets this meesage: "Tile pairing request sent to Crick's Fellow Copilot" Where would this request show up?

I agree. The icon takes over the whole screen when on a meeting in Teams. The icon displays as if I'm doing a presentation.

Same issue here! I want the AI to take notes of meetings privatly without the copilot to be an Attendee of the Meeting. This would be great as not all companies are open to AI's being used in meetings.
