Make comments carry forward with the items they are attached to

We use a stream to hold asynchronous Dev standups. When a discussion is ongoing in the comments on a talking point or action item that carries forward across multiple days (which happens quite frequently), it is very hard to follow the thread since the comments strip off once the item being discussed carries forward to a new standup note.

As a user of fellow, I've found that the current UI for carrying over bullet points from one stream to another can be limiting. I propose adding the ability for users to select from a carry over menu for how bullet points are carried over within a stream. By giving users the option to choose how their bullet points are carried over, we can provide a more flexible and customizable experience. I recommend adding this feature as an option in stream settings. Overall, I believe that adding the ability to select from a carry over menu for bullet points would enhance the user experience and make fellow even more useful for organizing and tracking meetings and discussions.
