An integration between Fellow and GreenHouse would enable talent acquisition teams and hiring managers in a HUGE way! It would add another great use case to any organizations using GH that are looking to onboard the Fellow platform.

Fellow's meeting management and note-taking features can help hiring managers and recruitment teams keep track of discussions, decisions, and candidate feedback, making it easier to gather input from multiple stakeholders and reach a consensus, providing candidates with actionable/constructive feedback based on the conversations etc.

Fellow can help assign action items post-interview, ensuring scorecard submissions, recruitment partner follow-ups and next steps are clear and tracked.

Ideally scorecards could be automatically put into GH with the meeting notes and HMs would then only need to provide their overall recommendation for the candidate and next steps.

This is a real gap for Greenhouse. They have been partnering with BrightHire - but a simple way of recording an interview, summarizing the conversation and making it searchable would be very helpful.

Would be a huge win for us as customers but i think for Fellow too to have an integration with Greenhouse (applicant tracking system) to record interview, give AI recaps and then could be input into scorecards
