As browser back and forward arrows do on sustained mouse click, provide back and forward page history for Fellow.app (OSX standalone app).

Need: quickly return to a previously viewed note

Problem: going backward or forward to past viewed notes is a tedious click-by-click process

Proposed solution: Provide a click-and-hold dropdown for the back and forward arrows. Users may then "jump" backward or forward to recently visited pages/notes. This is the same behavior that browsers provide.
