Expanded view option in recap email

I wanted to reach out with some feedback and a feature request that’s come up as we’ve been using Fellow more for our meetings. Right now, we’ve noticed that when meeting recap emails go out, some notes or sections get collapsed if there’s a lot of content. While I understand the intention is to keep emails concise, we’ve had a few cases where team members missed important details that were hidden in the collapsed sections.
Would it be possible to add a setting that allows organizers to choose whether the full, expanded meeting notes get included in the recap email to participants? Even having an option to toggle this on for specific meetings would be really helpful for our workflow.
This request is coming from our Deal Desk team, who are active Fellow users. They use Fellow for calls with Sales Reps and also leverage ServiceNow as a ticketing system to document call details, and other Deal related discussion or questions.
We've set up an "inbound email action" in ServiceNow, which allows the Fellow meeting recap emails to be posted directly to the relevant ServiceNow ticket. However, the Deal Desk team needs the entire expanded meeting notes to be included in these emails. This is crucial for audit purposes, as these ServiceNow tickets serve as evidence for all deal-related discussions and decisions.
