Don't create a note for "all day" meetings

I think that an "all day meeting" in google calendar should not be considered as a meeting note in Fellow. Maybe this google calendar feature can be used to add events that are like action items

You'll now filter out all day events by selecting "All day events" as an option in the settings in the meetings panel from the meetings tab or from preferences in your user settings.
