Great to see this released Isaac Winters although one issue that is going to become frustrating for users is that on a Solo plan as a consultant I'm effectively locked out from this feature...
I'm a lone consultant, so can't ever upgrade to any other plan due to minimums... and considering Solo is only a few dollars less than enterprise, this feels unfair...
There are features that clearly only suit enterprise, hrissync, detailed analytics and OKRs etc, and that's fine...
But there is no way for me to get access to tools like redaction, custom avatars etc.... because I physically cannot upgrade to enterprise. :(

You can now customize your Note Taker to reflect your organization.
In your workspace settings, choose a display name, image, and initial message for when the bot joins a meeting!
Note: This is available to Enterprise plans only. If you'd like these options, contact our team- we'll be happy to help!

Copilot customize appearance

I would like if it was possible to customize how the Copilot looks in a meeting. IT would be nice to personalize how it appears instead of going with the default option.

It’s also important to be able to customize Copilot, including its name, tone, or logo.

I would like if I could change how the Copilot looks when it joins meetings so it has a branded background to align with my team. We'd also like to be able to rename the Copilot joining meetings.

Subject: Enhancing Guestly Homes’ Brand Experience through Fellow Copilot Customization
Dear Fellow Team,
I’m reaching out as the CTO of Guestly Homes, where our brand is central to delivering unique, homely experiences. As a Fellow Copilot user, we’ve seen its value, but to fully align with our brand’s vision, we believe more customization is essential.
Key Customization Requests:
- Custom URLs and Subdomains:
We’d appreciate using custom URLs like meeting.guestlyhomes.com to reinforce our brand and ensure links are trusted by our clients. Generic domains can be seen as suspicious, leading to missed meetings and eroded trust. Custom-branded URLs would mitigate this issue.
- Branded Email Invites:
Invites sent via Fellow should reflect our branding, including our logo, color scheme, and custom email domain (e.g., meetings@guestlyhomes.com). This ensures a consistent, professional presentation.
- Customized Copilot Interface:
During meetings, the Copilot interface should reflect our brand, using our logos and colors. Having the Copilot reference Guestly Homes (e.g., “Guestly Homes’ Copilot suggests…”) would enhance the branded experience.
- Branded Meeting Backgrounds:
We’d like to use branded backgrounds during Fellow meetings, incorporating our logos or other brand elements to ensure all visual aspects are on-brand.
- White-Labeled Reports and Summaries:
Reports generated by Copilot should be white-labeled with Guestly Homes’ branding to enhance our professional presentation and maintain consistency.
- Customized UI and Notifications:
The Fellow app’s UI, when used by our team, should allow for customization to align with our brand. In-app notifications should also carry our branding.
- Customizable User Access Portals:
For client access, portals should be fully branded with Guestly Homes’ look and feel, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Co-Branded Marketing Materials:
We’re interested in co-branded case studies that highlight how we use Fellow, benefiting both our marketing and your platform’s visibility.
- Branded User Onboarding:
Onboarding for new users should reflect our brand through custom welcome messages and setup prompts.
By incorporating these branding elements, we can maintain a consistent brand presence and enhance trust, while solidifying our loyalty to Fellow. We’re eager to discuss these ideas further and look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Joakim Thörn
