Create action items by email

Allow sending an email to Fellow in order to create action items.
I might want the email subject to be the main action item but have it be expandable to see the text of the email? Maybe some keyword commands in the subject so that I could set the wording of the action item if I wanted to?

In addition (or alternatively depending on which is easier), it would be useful to expand Outlook support to directly create action items from outlook email.
