Automate merging streams based on company or client name

Would like the ability to automate merging meetings based on company or client name. Typically all meetings are ad hoc style and need to be merged manually.

Our meetings are 80% clients' meetings. We need this feature so we do not have to manually merge streams (or forget to do so).

I second in on lauren's suggestion to do this a 1-click action, maybe even with a short list of suggested other streams. There may be multiple topics that shall be kept separate, but searching for the correct one is super tedious - plus the assistant for merging streams does not make it very clear which stream remains and which stream gets merged into the other one (unless this has meanwhile been improved). TBH this tediousness is what drove me away from Fellow and made me use the google notes more and more because the perceived benefit of fellow just became smaller and smaller vs tedious activities that have to be done to keep things well organised.

Good feature idea.

Ohhh how we would LOVE This. The time savings would be awesome. Same with our agency - all meetings are not recurring, they're ad hoc. Merging them into the same stream is painful. Automating it would be fantastic. Or even like a little prompt at the top of the meeting note saying "we noticed the attendees are the same as the ones in X stream, do you want to put this note in X stream?". Any AI like that would be super valuable.

100% agree – I use Fellow to manage client notes and manually merging streams for every one-off meeting with different client team members is a heavy workflow. It would be very valuable to be able to group meeting notes and action items by a Client/Company field. And even better to automatically associate a Client/Company with a meeting based on the attendee's emails...
