In our company, we are encouraged to not attend a meeting if there is nothing on the agenda which is of interest to us, or we are not involved in it.

However, sometimes only a few talking points are of interest and some aren't. In this case, I want to see talking points I am interested in on top of the agenda so I can leave after they have been discussed.

To put the most interesting talking points on top of the agenda, it requires for participants to rank them.
