I would also like the ability to turn off the auto-creation of tasks from the AI. They're crowding our synced apps as well since we don't track tasks there and it's making managing our workflow convoluted and overly complicated.

Is the only way to stop AI Note Taker from creating Ai generated action items by turning off ALL AI features below ?
Is it possible to records meetings without AI feature.

Please make this feature optional at the very least. My action items are getting crowded with stuff that is not relevant for me.

This is really not a well thought of feature. It just goes too far - it basically is making business decisions on what our employees should work on by assigning them random tasks.
An AI should not do that, especially not without explicitly granted permission to do so.
Suggesting action items that can be optionally adopted is fine - just deciding on its own what todo is not right.
It caused a bunch of chaos, as those task can not be differed from regular created ones when synced with other task tools like JIRA or MS Todo.
Please disable this feature asap or give an option to disable it organization wide.

I like that the AI suggests items I may have missed, but I want to be able to choose what is added and assigned to whom.
It's bogging down my notes, duplicating items and irritating the assignees.

I'm happy for the AI to suggest missed action items, but I don't think these should be automatically assigned to users (i.e. so they don't show up in the Action Items list) - or at least it should be quick and simple to dismiss them.

Option to turn off auto adding AI action items to notes

We don't want the AI to auto add action items.
We went from being able to select the tasks we want to add to Asana in the AI overview to them just automatically populating in the meeting notes. We don't want tasks getting auto added to Asana without that curation step. One of our CSMs had 15 tasks added to Asana yesterday and most of them were not items he wanted to be pushed to Asana.

These are making it hard to focus on what is important in my list of action items - they're either off base, or duplicating our manually logged action items

It's fine that the notetaker creates the action items in the Recap, it's not fine that it puts them in our agendas. That way we can retrieve them if we want.
