Ability to search by ALL attendees even if not on Fellow

I often don't recall the name of the meeting/stream, but I know one of the attendees, and I would like to be able to search for my notes based on one of the people who attended.
It would be great to include searching by ALL attendees, internal and external, not just fellow users.

many times I follow up with people I had a previous meeting with, and I want to review those meeting notes. I always have their email handy, and searching by email address would be the most reliable way of finding all fellow notes for them (because event titles and note content are not reliable because they can be anything).
