Dialpad is one of the best meeting platforms we've experienced yet. It is lightning fast, one-click access, it has brandable hold music (every guest comments on how much they love our hold music!), it pops open the chat box for everyone when there is a message inserted (again, people love that they don't have to interrupt the meeting for help in hunting where the chat is located.), and custom backgrounds.

And while Dialpad does AI transcripts that generate meeting highlight breakdowns post-meeting, they are vastly lacking in comparison to Fellow.app's brand new AI transcription!
